Founded in 2001, Toci - The Toltec Center of Creative Intent is a spiritual non-profit organization based in the Eagle Knight lineage teachings of don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements. We are a community dedicated to living in spiritual integrity: to consciously choose presence, purpose, joy, healing and wholeness in everything we do.
From our roots in Toltec wisdom we honor all paths, and we draw on the most practical and potent tools from a variety of traditions. We believe love, curiosity, play, and patience are more powerful healers than judgment and punishment. Whether directed towards our selves, towards our beloveds or towards the world at large, the energy we generate from these states can enhance our own experience of the life we are dreaming.

Embody: A soulful movement practice

Embody is a somatic practice invoking the embodiment of the entire spectrum of our humanness. From our root as Source to our expression as a unique individual, Embody is a way to discover the depth and a breadth of potential latent in our becoming.
The room is the container for our experience. It is divided into three sections, Source, Witness and the World. We move dynamically through the space, practicing deep centered connection with Source, the capacity to Witness without judgment or commentary, and the ability to move our body in the World, alone and together.

Heather Ash works with the elemental aspects of our individual and collective paths sharing teachings from her latest work The Toltec Path of Transformation: Embracing the Four Elements of Change. Both Miguel and Heatherash have a unique inroads to these time-honored truths that are truly powerful when combined.
